We are looking for a a Senior Software Developer to join our team working on a world known navigation system. It is №1 real-time navigation app that lets drivers outsmart traffic together. Here you’ll be a part of a skilled international team, working on products with >100 mln users in total!

Your responsibilities will include

As a Software Engineer, you will work on a big project critical for our customers’ needs. You will be able to use many new technologies and bring value to innovative products. You will develop new features with JavaScript using best practices, considering security and performance. The role implies working on 85-90% of FE tasks and 10-15% of BE tasks, and can differ depending on the skillset&interest.

Must-have requirements

● Solid experience in FE/Full-Stack development (4+ years);● Strong in JavaScript and toolkits (Gulp/Webpack/Karma/Jasmine, etc.);● Good grasp of at least one frontend framework (preferably Angular, or React/Vue.js);● Experience with one of BE technologies (Node.JS/Ruby/Python/Java/.Net)● Experience with distributed version control systems (Git/Mercurial/Fossil, etc.);● Experience with implementing pixel-perfect designs over HTML/CSS;● Experience in working with a Linux based server environment, solid Linux/Unix skills;● Experience of work in a distributed team● Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have requirements

Experience in:● Building, maintaining and optimizing responsive web apps;● Cloud technologies;● Developing high load / high traffic user-facing software;● Writing unit-tests;● TypeScript and other frameworks (Angular/Backbone/Vue);● Mobile-specific sites, and mobile-web/native app integrations;● Setup and continuous improvement of development and multi-stage production environment;● Open source contributions;
